IMPORTANT PAYMENT & PICKUP DEADLINES

PAYMENT DEADLINE: Tuesday August 25, 2026 at 4:30 PM

PICKUP DEADLINE: Saturday, August 29, 2026

Payment is required by August 18 regardless of your intended pickup date. All items must be picked up by August 29 unless alternate arrangements have been approved in advance.

Our goal is to provide a fair, enjoyable, and transparent auction experience for every bidder. By registering or bidding at auctions.rtauctions.ca or rtauctions.ca, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between R&T Auctions ("we", "our") and the registered bidder ("you", "your").

PAYMENT

Invoices must be paid no later than Tuesday August 25, 2026 at 4:30 PM

Payment is required regardless of your intended pickup date.

Invoices not paid by the stated deadline may be cancelled without further notice. Continued late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension or removal of bidding privileges.

Unless you opt out during registration, the credit card on file may be charged following the auction.

For security reasons, credit card payments are not accepted by telephone or email.

Ownership of purchased items transfers to the buyer only after payment has been received in full.

PICKUP

Items are available for pickup beginning at 12:00 PM (Noon) on the day following the auction close, unless otherwise stated.

All purchases from this auction must be picked up no later than Saturday, August 29, 2026.

If you require additional pickup time, please contact us before the deadline to request alternate arrangements.

Items not picked up by the deadline without prior approved arrangements will be considered abandoned and may be resold, donated, recycled, or otherwise disposed of without refund or credit.

Reasonable labour, storage, transportation, or disposal costs associated with abandoned property may remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

REGISTRATION & ELIGIBILITY

To register and bid with R&T Auctions, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

• Complete any required identity verification, including a temporary $1 credit card authorization if requested.

• Maintain accurate registration information.

• Be responsible for all bids placed using your bidder account.

If you prefer another payment method, you may uncheck the "Charge My Card" option during registration.

R&T Auctions reserves the right to approve, refuse, suspend, or revoke bidder registration or bidding privileges at its discretion.

BUYER'S PREMIUM, TAXES & FEES

Unless otherwise stated:

• 17% Buyer's Premium applies to all purchases.

• 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.

• Applicable taxes are charged as required by law.

• Shipping and handling charges are invoiced separately.

• Additional reasonable fees may apply for storage, abandoned property, or special handling.

AUCTION PROCESS

3-Minute Soft Close

If a bid is placed within the final 3 minutes on any lot, bidding on that lot will automatically extend by an additional 3 minutes.

Bidding will continue until no additional bids are received during the final three-minute period.

Bidding

Every bid placed is a commitment to purchase.

• All bids are final.

• Bids cannot be withdrawn or cancelled.

• You are responsible for every bid placed using your bidder account.

ITEM DESCRIPTIONS, CONDITION & CATALOG ACCURACY

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with all faults.

Descriptions, photographs, quantities, measurements, retail values, manufacturer information, age, authenticity, materials, functionality, condition, and included accessories are provided to the best of our knowledge and are intended as a guide only.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe and photograph each lot; however, errors, omissions, or typographical mistakes may occasionally occur.

Photographs form part of the lot description and should be reviewed carefully before bidding.

It is the bidder's responsibility to determine whether an item meets their expectations before placing a bid. If condition, quantity, measurements, functionality, accessories, or other details are important to your purchasing decision, please contact us before bidding.

R&T Auctions reserves the right to correct obvious clerical errors, descriptions, photographs, quantities, invoices, or other catalog information before, during, or after an auction.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES

Please inspect your purchases before leaving our facility.

Once items have left our premises, R&T Auctions cannot be responsible for:

• Missing items

• Incorrect items

• Forgotten items

• Damage occurring after pickup

Buyers are responsible for safely loading, securing, and transporting their purchases.

SHIPPING

Shipping is available on most items.

Oversized, unusually heavy, fragile, hazardous, restricted, or otherwise unsuitable items may not qualify for shipping.

Shipping Process

1. Pay your auction invoice.

2. Contact us to request shipping.

3. We pack, measure, and weigh your items.

4. A separate shipping invoice is issued.

5. Once the shipping invoice is paid, your order is shipped.

Handling Fees

• $10 for the first packaged lot

• $2 for each additional packaged lot

Handling fees apply regardless of the shipping carrier selected.

Fragile items are packed with care but are not insured against breakage during transit. R&T Auctions cannot provide refunds or credits for damage occurring during shipping.

If your purchase exceeds Canada Post size or weight limitations, alternate shipping arrangements or local pickup will be required.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the shipment has been released to the carrier.

ONLINE BIDDING

While we work hard to provide a reliable bidding platform, internet interruptions, power outages, software issues, and other technical difficulties may occur beyond our control.

R&T Auctions cannot be responsible for missed or delayed bids, lost internet connections, website interruptions, platform outages, or other technical failures.

We encourage bidders to place bids early and use the Maximum Bid feature whenever possible.

AUCTION CHANGES

R&T Auctions reserves the right to add or remove lots, correct descriptions or photographs, amend catalog information, combine or divide lots, cancel lots, extend bidding where necessary, or correct clerical or administrative errors when required to maintain the integrity of the auction.

LIABILITY

By participating in our auctions, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless R&T Auctions, its owners, employees, agents, and consignors from claims, damages, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising from your participation, purchases, transportation, shipping, or use of purchased items, to the extent permitted by law.

AUCTION RECORDS

In the event of a dispute, records maintained by R&T Auctions, including bidding history, invoices, photographs, communications, and auction records, will be used to determine the transaction history.

PRIVACY

Your personal information is collected only as reasonably necessary to:

• Verify your identity.

• Process payments.

• Maintain auction records.

• Communicate regarding bids, invoices, pickups, shipping, and customer service.

We do not sell your personal information.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time. We may still contact you regarding bids, invoices, payments, pickups, shipping, or other matters relating to your account or transactions.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
