R&T Auctions may contact bidders to confirm intent to complete purchase and reserves the right to approve, restrict, or remove any bidder at our discretion.
Agreement to Terms
By registering or bidding at auctions.rtauctions.ca or rtauctions.ca, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms. This forms a binding contract between R&T Auctions (“we/us”) and you (“bidder/purchaser”).
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal information is collected only for identity verification and record keeping.
We do not sell or share your information.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; however, we may still contact you regarding your bidding activity or account.

Failure to pay by the stated deadline will result in cancellation of the invoice and may lead to suspension of bidding privileges.
No Shipping – Pickup Only
This sale is pickup only. No shipping is available.
Buyer Responsibility at Pickup
Buyers must verify the item prior to leaving. Once removed, R&T Auctions is not responsible for missing items or discrepancies.
Buyer is responsible for appropriate removal of the asset by the stated pickup deadline.
Item Condition
All items are sold as is, where is, with all faults and without warranty.
Descriptions and photos represent our opinion only.
Preview is strongly encouraged.
If there is a discrepancy between photos and description, the written description prevails.
Personal & Property Risk
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless R&T Auctions and consignors from any liability arising from participation in this auction or removal of the item.
Auction Conduct & Platform
We are not responsible for internet interruptions or missed bids due to technical issues.
In the event of a dispute, R&T Auctions’ records are final.
Soft Close
This auction uses a 3-minute soft close (any bid placed within the final 3 minutes extends bidding by 3 minutes until bidding ceases).

We strive for accuracy but are not liable for errors or omissions.
