By purchasing from the R&T Auctions BUY NOW Catalog, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms may be updated or modified periodically, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to review them before making a purchase.

R&T Auctions respects your privacy. Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties. We collect only the necessary information to verify purchases, process payments, and arrange pick-up or shipping. You may opt out of newsletters at any time, but we may still contact you regarding your purchases, payments, or pick-up arrangements.
Registration & Identification
- Buyers must complete registration and verification before placing orders.
- All buyers must be of legal age to participate, and R&T Auctions reserves the right to deny or revoke buying privileges at any time if misuse is detected.
- If a buyer cannot provide proper identity verification, R&T Auctions may cancel the order and void the transaction.
Payment
Full payment is required within 48 hours of receiving your invoice.
Invoices will be sent via email within 12 hours of your order.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, Interac e-Transfer, debit ,cash and bank wire transfer. No personal checks will be accepted.
- If payment is not received within 48 hours, the purchase will be canceled, and the item may be offered to another buyer.
Pick-Up & Removal
- All items must be picked up within **7 days** of the order date from our location at **6934 Kinsmen Court, Niagara Falls, ON**.
- Buyers are responsible for arranging pick-up and transportation. Please bring your own packing materials and assistance if needed.
- If you fail to pick up within the 7-day period, R&T Auctions reserves the right to relist the items for sale without refund.
Shipping
- Shipping can be arranged at the buyer’s expense. Contact R&T Auctions for shipping rates and options.
Taxes- Applicable sales tax will be charged on all purchases, in accordance with local laws. No buyer's premium will be applied to the final sale price.
Condition of Items
- All items are sold “as-is”, without warranties or guarantees unless stated otherwise- some appliances may carry a warranty, read listing fully
- Buyers are encouraged to review items thoroughly before purchase as **no returns, exchanges, or refunds** will be permitted once the product has been picked up by client- If an item has been misrepresented the item would then be eligible for refund.
Liability
- Buyers agree to indemnify and hold R&T Auctions harmless from any liability, loss, or damage associated with the purchase, pick-up, or use of the items.
- R&T Auctions is not responsible for any damage or injury that occurs during the removal or transportation of purchased items.
